Micbandits was established in 2006 and consists of Zed Peace, The Kracky Kro and Khaos. Despite being a newly formed group, they have impressed both hip hop enthusiasts and neutrals in the peaceful abode of Brunei Darussalam until now.

Back in 2003 Zed Peace and The Kro started to rap as a duo operating mainly underground and was then known as 'Brucity'. It didn't take them long to attract attention from other local hip hop acts and by a year or so, they did many collaborations with other fellow rappers Fezz, Cargo, Reza, and Haz. Realizing their potential, the duo strived to go further with their music - and they did.

During early 2006 Zed met up with Khaos, who was then making beats as a hobby. After listening to a couple of his beats, Zed and The Kro we're highly impressed and used his music on numerous tracks. The chemistry between the trio was evident and by summer of '06 Khaos became part of the dream team we now know as Micbandits. It did not take them long to jump straight into recording their first ever album in summer of '06 entitled 'Retrospective'. The album helped the group create a buzz in the local music scene and set them on course to bigger things.

Shortly after dropping 'Retrospective' Micbandits took a years break as Zed and The Kro had to pursue further education abroad. However, by the summer of '07 Micbandits regrouped and started working on their second album entitled 'Rhythm & Poetry'. The album took nearly 3 months to complete and was finally released at the end of 2007. It proved to be a great success amongst existing fans and the general public. Their hard work were then awarded in January 2008, whereby Micbandits was selected to be Pelangi FM's 'Artist Spotlight of January'. Since then they have cemented themselves as one of Brunei's upcoming artists.
